To clarify the terms and to summarise, an appraisal is the official setting of a price based on objective and common parameters, a valuation is a subjective prior assessment of the price of a property and an expert appraisal is the objective explanation of facts based on specialised knowledge.

As Judicial Real Estate Appraisers, we are registered and in possession of the authorisation, in order and in force, with Registration Number 01058. We prepare valuations and judicial or extrajudicial expert reports, official valuations, valid for presentation before the courts and/or the Tax Authorities, for intervention in inheritances, lawsuits, agreements, and we can act as third party experts in contradictory valuations either on behalf of the parties or appointed by any judicial body.
